岗位职责：1. 负责三坐标测量程序以及相关作业指导文件的创建与更新，并进行日常管理，包括测量数据、报告、文件的存档等。 Responsible for the creation, update and daily management of CMM measurement program and related work instruction, including the documentation of measurement data, reports, documents. 2. 负责测量夹具、专用量检具的设计方案评审，验收标准制定与夹具量检具验收。 Responsible for technical review of design concept, acceptance criteria definition and acceptance for measurement fixture and special gauge. 3. 负责各测量设备、仪器、工装夹具、量检具等的维保、备件管理、标定校准等工作的计划与实施。 Responsible for planning and implementation of maintenance, spare parts management and calibration of measurement equipment, device, fixture and gauge. 4. 负责测量资源的合理安排，以满足进料检验、生产放行、项目试制等测量需求。 Responsible for proper arrangement of measurement resource, to fulfill the demands from incoming inspection, production release, project trial run, etc. 5. 负责测量技术员团队管理，进行岗位技能的培训、指导与考核，提升团队能力。 Responsible for measurement technician team management, train and coach Ｏn their working skills, assess for qualification, to enhance the team capability. 6. 协助主管进行产能核算，投资规划，人员规划等工作。 Support supervisor Ｏn capacity plan, investment plan, headcount plan, etc.. 7. 完成直线主管分配的其他任务。 Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor. 8. 涉及健康、安全和环境的事件需要立即报告直线主管。 Report health, safety, and environmental accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area.岗位要求：1.至少三年以上汽车行业三坐标测量或量检具设计工作经验 At least 3 years working experience in CMM measurement or gauge design in automotive industry
