We are looking for a new colleague SCM Process Expert for our Division Car Chassis Technology at our location of Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province.


Your tasks:
Main objectives: SAP process development and roll-out, performance of SAP processes and new Projects. Direct Report to: Head of SCM Process management Div. C and Indirect report to Head of SCM, Div. C AP. Process Development and Rollout:Develop standardized SCM processes with focus Ｏn SAP processes. / Rollout of standard processes in standardization projects in existing or new locations. / Documentation of standard processes. / Creation of training materials for standard processes. Process Performance: Perform worldwide trainings for standard SCM processes./ Contact for local process experts to improve process performance in the locations./ Perform process audits in divisional locations./ Develop plant roadmaps with focus Ｏn. SCM Projects: Project Lead in divisional SCM projects for process optimization. / Support digitalization projects for Supply Chain Management.
Your profile:
Bachelor degree in Business or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent). 3-5 years of professional experience in supply chain management in automotive industry or equivalent. A good understanding of SCM processes in the areas of order processing, materials management, production. A good understanding of end-to-end processes. Experts know how in SAP logistics modules (MM, PP, SD, WM, EWM, TM). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present solutions convincingly and in a structured manner in English language. Ability to train user in logistics processes. English language skills. Proficient computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. High willingness to travel.
