Main responsibilities/主要职责和工作内容:
1. 负责财务部会计团队，推动团队绩效提升；
2. 组织会计人员进行会计核算，账务处理及税务相关工作；
3. 负责组织企业成本管理和资产管理工作；
4. 协助财务总监完成融资目标；
5. 负责与外部相关机构的联系，如银行、税务局、保险公司和外部审计机构；
6. 负责与集团总部沟通账务处理相关事宜；
7. 公司分配的其他工作；
1. Look after the accounting team in finance department, drive the increase of team performance,
2. Organize the calculation, accounting and tax filing related work.
3. Responsible for the cost and assets management.
4. Assist finance director to finish the financing target.
5. Liaison with banks, tax bureau, insurance and external auditors.
6. Routine communication with headquarter Ｏn accounting matters.
7. Optimize the efficiency of cash balance,
8. Other work assigned.


Requirements/任职资格：
1. 财会、金融、经济、管理等相关专业本科以上学历，有注册会计师资格者优先；
2. 五年以上财务管理岗位工作经验，外资制造型企业优先考虑，有四大会计事务所审计经验优先；
3. 熟悉企业财务制度及流程、精通相关财税法律法规；
4. 有全盘账务管理能力，较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；
5. 能使用英语作为工作语言；
6. 良好的组织、协调、沟通能力;
7. 诚实、守信、负责。
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economic or business, CPA certification is preferred。
2. At least 5 years of finance management experience, WOFE factory working experience is preferred, big 4 audit experience is a plus.
3. Familiar with accounting principles, professional in tax laws.
4. Familiar with finance management, strong cost management, risk control and finance analysis ability.
5. can use English as working language.
6. Good organization, coordination and communication skills。
7. Honest,Trustworthy,Responsible.
